Colleen Affeldt serves RGT as a Managing Director. She joined RGT in 2014, having spent the 15 years prior managing her own consulting practice. Her expertise encompasses leadership and management development, culture integration for companies in the mergers and acquisitions process, strategic planning/cultural alignment and employee development targeted towards increasing the value proposition of an organization.
Valued for her thought leadership, Colleen has served as a visiting faculty member at the SMU Cox School of Business, Texas A&M Mays School of Business and the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine. She continues to be a highly sought-after speaker for large conferences and corporate events.
Colleen is generous in lending her time to worthy causes. Her affiliations and board positions include: Big Brothers Big Sisters, Scottish Rite Hospital, St. Baldrick’s Children’s Cancer Foundation, Jim Utley Foundation, Nancy Lieberman Foundation Committee and Positive Coaching Alliance.
Colleen is also the Founder of COREIntersections, a comprehensive program that helps returning veterans transition and integrate into the private sector workforce. She is considered a national thought leader on this issue.
