Colleen Affeldt serves RGT as a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee. She joined RGT in 2014, having spent over 15 years managing her own consulting practice. Her expertise growing performance-based organizations encompasses strategic planning, development of C-suite executives and succession planning.
Colleen spends the majority of her time focused on human performance coaching, using innovative interventions intended to transform organizations through strategy development, refinement of objectives, and breakthrough thinking and performance to support the organization towards a higher value proposition and successful next gen succession.
Valued for her thought leadership, Colleen has served as a visiting faculty member at the SMU Cox School of Business, Texas A&M Mays School of Business and the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine. She continues to be a highly sought-after speaker.
Other affiliations and board positions include: Texas Women’s Foundation Economic Leadership Council, Business Executives for National Security, Big Brothers Big Sisters, St. Baldrick’s Children’s Cancer Foundation, and Youth With a Mission.
Colleen, in collaboration with the Praevius Group, was the Co-Founder of COREIntersections, an integrated approach to supporting returning veterans and their transition into the private sector workforce, focusing on retention and “bringing them all the way home.” Colleen continues to spend time supporting men and women in uniform, hoping to serve those that have served on our behalf.
